This is the story of a boy.... a boy who..... was afraid.. alone and lost...... seeking someone.. to light the darkness that surrounds him..... and wake him.... from his eternal slumber.

Chapter: 2

Debris and smoke-filled the surrounding beach the once beautiful paradise now scarred and damaged beyond repair. the world now quiet as the animals run away from the choking smoke that threatened them towers of smoke billowed into the sky a black tower of darkness reaching toward the very heavens themselves. Two dragons in shock at what had occurred struggled to carry their fellow dragons out of the life draining smog that threatened there lives, fires scattered all around the beach trying to reach the thick forest land threatening to engulf it in flame. The large dragon who's scales shone like onyx stones in the rising suns light and reflection of the searing flames looks down out the white smaller framed dragon the tips of his fur and feathers on fire "Fezar use your ice element and put out the fires!".

Fezar looked at the larger dragon with worried eyes "But Skye and Solna are still in there!" he looked and little worried for the large dragon "Kade are you....are you sure you can do this by yourself in there!?" Yelling over the roaring flames to be heard he gets a nod from Kade and grudgingly flys off to put out the fires that threatened the green forests. "Now I must them" said Kade with a little fear in his voice knowing if he wasnt careful the thick smoke could knock him out leaving him helpless to the flames but he had to do it he was larger than fezar and his size could benefit in the others seeing him the thick smog "Time to go" He took a deep breath and ran into the darken world of smoke.

The world inside the dark tower was testing Kades endurance to the very limits the heat was making him dizzy and groggy and the smoke made his range of vision so low that he could barely past his own snout "Skye!............ , Solna!......." He coughed hard as he called out for them. he was starting to lose hope having to run out of the smoke to get a fresh breath of air and run back into but receiving no kind of response was making his heart sink with every second that passed, the roar of the flames had calmed quiet a bit meaning Fezar was still okay and doing his job at keeping the fire at bay. "at least someone is pulling his weight for once" Kade remarked trying to get his fighting spirit back up refusing to come out empty-handed to that annoying excuse for a dragon, the thought of Fezar succeeding and him coming out with nothing to show Fezar wouldn't let him live it down. With a roar and a growl Kade found some hidden strength left in him refusing to lose to Fezar he start looking faster than ever now intent on finding Skye and Solna when something caught his ears faint among the remaining fires but he was sure of it a voice.... no two voices..

without a second of hesitation he darted to the sounds jumping over fallen trees, diving under large rocks, and even around a large sand dune thanks to the accident. As he rounded the corner he smirked in victory as he found Skye and Slona down in the very edge of the pit the falling star had created Skye seemed to be trying to convince Solna of something as she was holding on to a strange object clinging onto it for dear life, he jumped and glided down to them and noticed the fires down there were far more intense the ones above he realized the heat from the fire down here was trapped and that meant that if they didnt leave soon Skye and Solna would be roasted "Skye......!!!!! Solna!!!!!" he roared as he landed next to them slamming into the ground. Skye turned around immediately he wasnt in good shape bruised and banged up his left-wing just hung at his side, Solna was in just as bad of shape but her wings were still in working order but she didn't even look at him or even speak just clinging to the object with all her strength the object was wrapped in a thick cloth some and about her size in length "What wrong with her Skye!?" He shouted above the flames "I don't know Kadebut she says she wont leave without it! She wont say anything else!" He looks at Kade worried and squeaked out in surprise as Kade grabbed Skye by the neck with his maw and tossed him onto his back carrying him like a sack of rice.

"I see....." He look back on Skye now getting a little rest on Kade "Then..." Kade picks Solna and the object and put them on his back as well "Then I got no choice but to get you all out at once!" He growled as the weight was preventing him from flight having to carefully climb out of the large ditch the walls steep and easily break apart as his claws dig into them the climb is slow and dangerous almost dropping all four of them back into the bottom as the wall crumbles beneath them as he climbed. Panting and exhausted as he reaches over the edge of the ditch slowly pulling them all over it Kade finds them now out of the smokey field and back into the fresh air and light of the sunrise majority of the fire has been extinguished and the forest was safe from destruction now.

Fezar flying around surveying the area saw Kade roll out of the long gouged out scar of land the star had created, dumping three figures onto the sandy beach he smiled widely but was surprised by three being found they had found everyone but Skye and Solna so who was the third he thought he slowly made his descent toward the group and landed with a soft thump the three of them were out cold except for Solna who was tending to the third Fezar looked at it confused and curios the object was wrapped thickly in some kind of bluish green cloth as Solna started ripping piece by piece off the object slowly making her way to what ever was in it with great pace and precision.

The other two waking up from the heat induced slumber making their way to Solna slowly as she stayed focused on her task not distracted by anything a mound of torn cloth piling up either side to her as she cried out in joy as the last bandage snapped off the rest of the cloth just falling away as she now slowly just pulled and slipped the remaining cloths away revealing the strange figure hidden within the wrappings it had two legs and peach colored like skin two arms and hands... but no claws or fur.... except for the tuft on top of its head sparkling like a diamonds with its silver hair... the creature groaned out in a long painful sounding moan covering its eyes with its right arm now Fezar could see the creature didn't even posses fangs, thank the gods it was wearing some kind of clothing even if it were just a pair of shorts though still strange-looking.

"W...what is that Solna!?" All three of them yelled out in shock as the others slowly merged reforming their original group. Solna stopped nuzzling the creatures forehead licking its cheek joyfully as she looked back at all of them "T.....this...is....." Her eyes in tears as she cried in joy, "He is....." She cried and hugged the creature close to her side, "Okay but what is it?" Skye asked to curious for his own good now despite his injured wing, Solna giggled at them all right now a mix of emotion everyone nervous they had never seen her like this as she regained enough strength to talk "he is a human.... and.." she was cut off as a shadow decended upon them the voice of the village elder calling out to them Solna clinging to the young boy wraping her wings protectivly around him as five more dragons arrived, Skye nudged Solna sitting close to her "Dont worry" She looked back at him "Well get him to the village safely I promise.." Solna smiled and nodded easing her hold on the human a little bit but still as protective as ever.
